By accessing or using AI Voice Agency ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Voice Agency provides AI-powered voice agent services that handle business phone calls, qualify leads, and book meetings on your behalf. The Service includes:

  • AI voice agent configuration and deployment
  • Outbound and inbound call handling via Twilio
  • Lead qualification and management
  • Automated meeting scheduling via Cal.com
  • Call recording, transcription, and analytics
  • Client dashboard and reporting

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including telemarketing regulations (TCPA, DNC lists)
  • Obtaining any required consent before having AI agents call individuals

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Each plan includes a set number of calls and minutes per billing cycle.
  • Overage charges may apply for usage exceeding your plan limits.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the client dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Make calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without consent
  • Engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Resell the Service without authorization

6. Call Recording & Transcription

Calls made through the Service may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with two-party consent laws where applicable and informing call recipients that calls may be recorded.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Voice Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
